Much of the credit must go to Manager Jim Bourne, who ensures that these high standards are maintained. With over 20 years experience in the motor industry, Jim is passionate about customer service. As the business grows the need to ensure customers needs and priorities are met introduced a new role within our Carsmetix Team. At the end of June, Sally Child joined the team as Customer Service Manager to ensure the hard work Jim and the team had put in over the previous years was continued and expanded.
Sally, also with several years experience in the motor industry previously working with Jim and myself, has an excellent approach to customer service and will ensure the highest standards are met from the moment you walk through the door.
Referrals play a big part in expanding our business and will continue to do so with the knowledge and skills Sally brings to the team.
